Smokkee At Slower, I Mean Stroger's, Hospital

Hello, WORLD. WORLD, this has been the longest day of this very long year already. I wont go into details about work; you already know how I feel about lazy co-workers. But my supervisor couldnt make it through the day because of a medical problem which reminded me of my own medical situation. I've been having surgeries on my eyes since '08. I forgot about it because it was scheduled for a January 2011 date in September of '10. My supervisor left at 1:15pm & as soon as she did, I called Stroger's. I found out, at 2:15 PM, that I had an appointment for today at 2:00 PM. Then I was told that if I missed this appointment, I could have it rescheduled for May '11. Nuts! I had to make this one. I made it here (yeah, still here) at 2:50pm. I am just now seeing a eye doctor at 5:28pm. Ok, here she comes now. Hopefully, I wont be here all night. More to come. I'll keep yall posted. I aint got nothing else to do here.
